In her twilight years
Louise started her writing career at the ripe old age of 80. A very unique proposition for someone in their twilight years. Yet this is the very reason why her books serve to bring hope through the power of the Lord Jesus Christ to people of all ages. The Lord has blessed her with insight as a result of walking through some pretty dark valleys . From the death of a son to suicide to the loss of her husband to cancer in the prime of his life, Louise trusted in the Lord for He had a plan. A plan to prosper her by bringing hope and encouragement into the lives of others .
Teacher
Louise taught in all levels of school, including college, in the prison system, and worked as a diagnostician for public schools.
For fifteen years Louise directed Hidden Manna, a Christian retreat center. In this position, she wore many hats. She enjoys writing, traveling and giving inspirational talks.
She has taught Bible classes on a continual basis, as well as going as a missionary to teach Bible in an underground Christian school in a Communist Country. At present, she is involved in a ministry with prisoners to help them reach out to their children.
